Cheese and Charcuterie Boards

Our boards are sure to start off any event with taste and style, either as an exciting first course or the beginning of a long night of grazing, surrounded by coworkers, friends and family. I think what sets our shop apart and what makes are boards unlike all others, is one of our fundamental tenants: Serve the best in class, as often as you can. My staff and I are cheese mongers to our core, this is what we do, day in and day out. We love it, it is our craft, it is our profession. We love to showcase, we love to explain it, we love to sample it; to you and your guests whenever you are here. When we built these boards, we scoured dozens of options, what you see now, are our final choices and they mean something to us. We have spoken to the cheese makers, producers, importers, brokers, we have visited them when we can. They are what we think are the best, in prosciuttos, salamis, and cheeses. We have tried 10 to 20 times what we offer, our menu is never done, our quest for the best, never ends.
