Kefalograviera
- This traditional Greek cheese is known for its firm texture and robust, savory flavor. 
Fourme d'Ambert
- One of France’s best blue cheeses from the Livradois family in Auvergne, France. 
Dodge City Salami
- Slow cured without compound nitrates, this is a perfect marriage of pork, fennel pollen, pink peppercorns, garlic, black peppercorns. 
1655 Gruyere
- Is made with raw milk from cattle fed solely on natural pastures. 
7 Year Quebec Cheddar
- Made from high-quality cow's milk in Canada, this cheese undergoes an extensive aging process, which allows it to develop a sharp, tangy intensity with deep, savory undertones.
