Prosciutto di San Daniele: A standard for all our boards in this series, San Daniele Prosciutto is the standard bearer for tastes and quality.  
Red Leicester:
 Aged from 6 to 12 months, Red Leicester has a nutty, slightly sweet flavor with mild, earthy undertones that become sharper and more intense as it ages.
Comte: This artisan cheese is made in France and has a PDO designation since 1952. It is maturated on
boards of spruce in humid caves, where it develops a thick rind and becomes crumblier and darker during
ageing.
Mortadella:
 Classic Italian pork salami, bringing warmth with its peppercorn-studded profile.               
Hook's 3 Year Cheddar: Sharp Wisconsin cheddar with a tangy bite, creamy undertones and natural crystals for added complexity.
Beemster Classic:
 This premium Dutch cheese is made from cow’s milk and aged for 18 months to develop
its complex flavor profile. It hails from the Beemster region of the Netherlands, an area known for its lush,
nutrient-rich pastures.
Trillium:
 This award-winning cheese is a triple cream, bloomy rind inspired by classic French Camembert
and Brie. It has a soft, buttery texture with rich smooth flavors and gentle lactic tones.
