Thoughtfully arranged to highlight a balance of flavors and textures, the board is complemented by fig jam, crunchy Quicos, pickles, and crackers.

Prosciutto di San Daniele: A standard for all our boards in this series, San Daniele Prosciutto is the standard bearer for tastes and quality.
Aged Provolone Piccante: It is made with raw cow's milk, is aged for a minimum of 6 months and
has a sharp, tangy flavor with a lingering finish.
New York 9 Year Cheddar: Rare, complex cheddar with intense flavors and a crumbly texture.
Dodge City Salami: Pork flavored with fennel pollen, garlic, pink and black peppercorns, slow cured.
Truffle Kid: Spanish goat cheese, marbled with black truffle paste, brings a luxurious mushroom aroma and mild tang.
Red Witch: Creamy, raw cow's milk cheese from Switzerland with a sweet, piquant flavor and smooth finish.
Taleggio: Italian semi-soft, washed rind cheese with a fruity tang and rich creaminess.
Accompaniments – All large boards are served with Rustic Bakery olive oil sel gris flatbread crackers, Mitica rosemary toketti crackers, Three Little Pigs cornichons, Dalmatia fig spread, “POP” original mustard, Quicos corn kernels, dried apricots, tart cherries, and golden raisins.
