La Española's Salchichón de Vic is a dry-cured sausage, similar to salami, made in the traditional style of Vic, a town in Catalonia, Spain.

La Española Meats started as a deli and expanded into manufacturing traditional cured and smoked Spanish meats after frequent trips to Spain to learn the craft. They now produce a wide range of charcuterie products for their own store, grocery chains, and high-end restaurants.
