The use of three different milks adds depth to the flavor, as you can taste each one, as well as the variety of the herbs and grasses that three different animals were eating. Aged 90 days, the texture and appearance are similar to Manchego. Campo de Montalban® is rich and buttery and finishes with a perfect balance in your mouth.

Quesos Corcuera S.L., founded in 1947 in the Toledo region, was founded by Mr. Eusebio Corcuera Gómez and Mrs. Julia Sánchez de Pedro. Their continuous evolution and desire to do things with dedication and care are continued by their children. Ramón, Carlos, and Carmen Corcuera joined the family business and achieved its transformation, specializing in the production of Manchego cheeses, goat cheeses, and blended cheeses.
