Three Little Pigs (Les Trois Petits Cochons) has a rich history rooted in a passion for flavor and traditional French charcuterie. What began as a small deli in New York City’s Greenwich Village was founded by two French chefs who met while traveling abroad and shared a vision of bringing authentic French cuisine to America. With the support of an American partner—the “third pig”—their shop quickly gained attention.

At a time when French home-style cooking was still gaining recognition in the U.S., their dedication to simple, traditional methods earned praise from renowned food critics like James Beard, Mimi Sheraton, and Craig Claiborne. As demand grew and accolades followed, including awards from the Specialty Food Association, the founders shifted focus from retail to production to share their products on a larger scale.

Today, Three Little Pigs continues to craft pâtés, mousses, saucissons, and other French delicacies in small batches, staying true to its heritage while reaching customers nationwide.
