"The Tremont" cheese and charcuterie board offers a selection of premium meats and cheeses crafted to deliver a rich culinary experience:

  • Prosciutto di San Daniele – Italian ham aged 16-20 months with savory, deep-red richness and whiter fat.
  • Drunken Goat - A smooth, Spanish semi-soft goat cheese soaked in wine, offering mild, fruity notes with an attractive violet rind.
  • Hook’s 5-Year Cheddar - Bold, full-bodied Wisconsin cheddar that boasts a sharp, tangy bite, rich buttery undertones and crunchy crystals.
  • Bresaola - Grass-fed Uruguayan beef that is air-dried, cured and aged, lending a subtle spice and refined profile.
  • Fig Cake - Juicy Spanish figs and chocolate pressed into layers for a natural sweetness.
  • Honey Bee Gouda - Dutch gouda with cashew-like nutty sweetness from goat milk and honey. 
  • Ewe Calf to Be Kidding - Wisconsin blue cheese that combines sheep, cow, and goat milk for a tangy, buttery texture with a complex flavor.
  • Brie D’Isigny - Soft, creamy cheese from Normandy with a mild buttery flavor and earthy mushroom notes.
