Introducing “The Chef is In” board - a curated assortment of world-class cheeses and meats: 

  • Prosciutto di San Daniele – Italian ham aged 16-20 months with savory, deep-red richness and whiter fat.
  • Kefalograviera - Aged Greek cheese with a firm, nutty, and tangy profile.
  • Fourme d’Ambert - Mild French blue cheese with fruity, nutty undertones.
  • Dodge City Salame - Pork flavored with fennel pollen, garlic, pink and black peppercorns, slow-cured.
  • Fig Cake - Juicy Spanish figs and chocolate pressed into layers for a natural sweetness.
  • 1655 Gruyere - Raw Swiss cow's milk cheese with a nutty, creamy flavor and fine crystals.
  • 7 Year Quebec Cheddar - Well-aged Canadian cheddar that brings a sharp, tangy bite with a delightful crunch.
  • Moliterno Al Tartufo - Italian sheep’s milk cheese, infused with truffles, yielding a rich, earthy depth and marbled allure.
