Swiss Meadows is family-owned dairy with hand-crafted artisan cheeses. All of the cheeses are made with raw milk and aged for a minimum of 60 days. In keeping with Swiss tradition, cheese-making begins in early Spring until late Fall. As the seasons change, the cows graze on different grasses and flowers which makes each batch of cheese unique.
The milk used for making cheese comes from their small herd of predominantly Jersey cows in Northeast Ohio. From the beginning, our goal has been to produce a nutritional product that has no chemical pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, antibiotics, artificial hormones or GMOs.
