Reto Güntensperger, a third-generation cheesemaker, took over the family business in 2013 after completing his training. He and his brother Marcel have modernized the facilities to balance tradition with efficiency. The brand has received numerous accolades, including Super Gold at the World Cheese Awards, reflecting its dedication to quality and artisanal craftsmanship.
