POP Mustards are a collaboration between Michael Januska of award-Winning Old Brooklyn Mustards & James Beard award winning Iron Chef Michael Symon. We wanted a condiment that would do the work for you and POP was born.
Sauerkraut and mustard are such a classic combination. We love the kraut slathered over some pulled pork, grilled kielbasa and of coarse a good old fashion classic hot dog.
