The story of the Villecco family unfolds, spanning four generations, always in the name of high quality sheep and goat cheeses. In constant development both in size and in the creation of new products, in 1974 the company took the name Central and made the big leap by centralizing its many small dairies scattered in various Sardinian villages in the new, strategic plant in Serrenti.
