The story begins with two globetrotting food lovers, Michele Buster and Pierluigi Sini, who founded Forever Cheese in 1998 with a passion for discovering and sharing exceptional foods. The name "Mitica," which means "mythical" in Latin and other languages, was chosen to represent the legendary quality of the foods they import.
