Their truffle salami is crafted with an artisanal truffle sauce made from truffles sourced exclusively from Umbria, Italy and imported directly. With a gentle truffle flavor, this salami boasts approximately 1.5% residual truffle after its dry-aging process. Their salami is dry aged a minimum of 30 days. No Added Nitrates or Nitrites (except those coming from natural sources).
Giorgio’s Naturals was established with the goal of uniting the old world salami making traditions with a contemporary and modern feel. Their production traces its roots in the Italian tradition of making salami and the European tradition of drying meats.
