This salami is flavored with maple, giving it a pleasant and sweet taste with subtle caramel undertones. They affectionately refer to it as “breakfast salami.” Their salami is dry aged a minimum of 30 days. Are all natural and made avoiding the use nitrites and nitrates, MSG, dairy and gluten.
