Delice de Pommard is a fantastic cheese Produced by Monsieur Alain Hess in the village of Beaune. This unbelievable triple cream cow's milk is enrobed with Dijon mustard seeds. Delicate & creamy with a hint of spice from the mustard.
On November 3, 1997, Alain was promoted to Master Cheesemaker. Wishing to pursue his quest even further with an increasingly curious clientele, he invented a new cheese "Le Délice de Pommard"
