The Brillat Savarin bears the name of a illustrated gastronome of the 18th century. It is perhaps the most refined of the French cheeses. A triple-cream cheese made with quality cow’s milk containing extra cream for a rich texture and a mellow taste of cream and butter.

Lincet is a distinguished French cheese brand founded in 1895, known for producing high-quality AOP (Appellation d'Origine Protégée) and IGP (Indication Géographique Protégée) cheeses such as Chaource and Brillat-Savarin. Fromagerie Lincet has been a family-owned business for six generations. The Lincet family has preserved traditional cheese-making practices while adapting to modern techniques and sustainability measures.
